Areas of Constant Improvement – not just focus.

Continuing my thoughts after my “Passion – the ultimate productivity driver” video, here’s the sequel where I’m questioning whether we should be having “areas of focus” or areas of constant improvement – and why this small name change motivates me to keep on moving forward.

Question: What are your areas of focus/constant improvement? Where do you improve yourself at home/work?

Sound like a wonderful tip! Thank you!

Hi Michael, like the idea. Question for you; how do you set up the Areas for Constant Improvement in your Nozbe setup?

Do you make each a project and then have them grouped under a label?
    Many thanks!
    Craig

  3. Yes, Craig, that’s exactly how I do it – each area is my project under one label :-) I review them every week to make sure I progress in those areas. Thanks for your comment and glad you like the idea.

  4. Just like it is important to use Action Words for your Tasks and Activities, using a term like Area of Constant Improvement can create a mental shift that takes you in a more positive direction. Just “focusing” on “Health” can be counter-productive if it makes you think about how much you aren’t doing…

    Good tip!

  5. I’ll give it a try!
    Thanks Michael..
